Why so many capsules?
The LoveSupport and LoveRestore formulations use dose levels that are meaningful and that takes up significant space to do so in capsule form.
Do I need the whole protocol, or can I use just one part?
The protocol is built as one arc, and the two formulas do different jobs at different points. You can take LoveSupport on its own, but you'd be skipping the days that most approaches skip entirely, which is the part we built LoveRestore for.
Is one stack enough for a group?
